Comparing Leadership Development Strategies and Processes

Despite the many challenges associated with Training and Development in 2009, Leadership Development  has proven to be one area where companies are continuing to invest and seek value. This roundtable discussion will be an opportunity for Training Directors to compare approaches, strategies, and breakthroughs relative to Leadership Development in our organizations.

Mission:  The mission of the Training Directors' Special Interest Group (SIG) is to provide a collegiate forum for executives directly involved in the management of a training & development function in an organization to discuss issues and ideas of interest and concern to Training Department managers.

ATTENDANCE ELIGIBILITY:

1. You must have held a position as a manager of a training department within an organization at any time within the past 12 months. All requests are vetted.
2. You must be a current member of ASTDNY. If you are not a member, you may attend 1 time prior to becoming a member.
